This one is definitely our favorite! This Spumante has been fermented in the bottle for at least 30 months, what is called the “metodo classico”. It’s sparkling and has a touch of apricot color in the glass. It’s a “zero dosage” Spumante. Delicate flavors make this a very special one. Since this is one of our very first wines it’s limited. You better get your hands on one of these bottles very soon!
