Our Alta Langa Brut 2015 is now available! This Spumante has been fermented in the bottle for at least 30 months, what is called the “metodo classic”. It’s sparkling and has a beautiful touch of apricot in the glass. It’s a “zero dosage” Spumante. Delicate flavors make this a very special one. Since this is one of our very first wines it’s limited. You better get your hands on one of these bottles very soon!
